Grampians by day; Tanner by night

G'day from Horsham, Australia

I missed one, sorry Mum and Pop, don't worry I'm not dead swear! I took a train from Aunt Kim's to Melbourne's Southern Cross station, then changed to a V/Line train to Ararat then onto a coach for the final haul to Horsham. After meeting Uncle Marty and a bigger Mikala at the coach station we headed to the house for a cold beer before walking a street over to see Tracker, Olivia, Sandra, Charlie the dog and a very cranky Tanner who had just woke up from a semi-nap that didn't do much it seemed.
The Tracker household was all awake and ready to go! So to give Tanner a bit to calm down we headed back to the house to meet with Faye, Julie, Ryan and Sean for dinner and a catch up. After a bit Tracker and the gang came through the door with a happier Tanner and we started the footy match and had a chat over the Bombers game with a  full house. A loud house!
By the time the kids all left and we sat in the den to watch the rest of the footy match - which was very exciting by the way! Down by 3-4 goals and they came back in the last minute! Go Bombers - it was so quiet! It didn't seem like much but with 3 kids running around and Tanner yelling and talking away it al it takes for the house to become a yelling match just to talk over Tanner!

We woke up Saturday morning and geared up to head out for the day with the whole crew. Ryan and Sean have gone to a car rally somewhere away so Julie came for a ride today with the Tracker crew, Faye, Martin and I. We headed towards the Grampians first off for a good start to the day! Simply heading to an Anglers lodge to see the lake before heading to Mackenzie Falls - which I personally appreciated due to my little Mack dog back home - which is gorgeous! I understand why last visit Pops and I didn't head down there, I barely made it up with my knee, Faye almost quit a few times and poor Sandra had Tanner on her back half way up, then leaned over and helped him climb himself up for the other half before he eventually got tired and actually lay down on the path way!

By the time we made it to the top it was a nice relief, but it was a nice sight when the car came into view after a lookout for a few kookaburra's accepting some food on the lawn. The drive was a nice break on our way to the Zoo. The Zoo outside of Horsham is a great trip, filled with deer, kangaroos, birds and etc, it was especially nice to watch Tanner and the girls run around after the animals and hearing Tanner yell "Hello" at every animal he caught eyes on!
By the end of the trip we were all very tired, very sore and very ready for a cold beer and a hot meal! We are sitting watching the news and having a few beers before heading to the local pub for an easy quick meal. Much needed after a fun filled, very busy and exercise filled day.

Excited to watch Tyson play footy tomorrow and enjoy a BBQ with Tracker and the gang and of course fuss over Charlie the dogs even if she is a little smaller then my Bo but no so much smaller then Mack-dog. Right now any dog will do, but I'm ready for a cuddle anyways.

Till next time
